Sartarelli is a winery that produces exclusively mono-varietal wines, specifically with Verdicchio, to bring out the peculiar features of this valuable native variety. They select particular ancient Verdicchio clones to produce a refined wine with extraordinary aromatic nuances. Their grape vinification is based on simplicity, with extreme care in timing and execution.
