The vines - Mueller Thurgau, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Gewurztraminer - grown with the espalier system and Guyot pruning, expressing great finesse and persistence, giving a taste of both territory and history.
The productive orientation of the winery is to enhance the environmental variability, also improved by using phytosanitary products in combination with biological treatments and the mechanical processing of the clearing of the ground at the foot of the plant, without using herbicides.
